Server rules

These rules apply everywhere Hidden Token Gaming gathers: our Discord server, voice channels, game servers, in-game crews and squads, and events. Breaking them leads to the steps in the moderation ladder. Some offences skip straight to a ban.

1. You must be 18 or older. HTG is an adults-only community. Members found to be under 18 are removed; this is a membership requirement, not a punishment.
2. Respect everyone. No harassment, bullying, hate speech, slurs, discrimination or threats, in text, voice, names, avatars or in game.
3. No politics or religion. Not in any channel, voice chat, name or status here. Take it elsewhere.
4. No NSFW content anywhere. No sexual or graphic content in messages, images, links, names, avatars, voice or streams.
5. No cheating, exploits or XP farming. Permanent ban, first offence. That covers cheats and hacks, exploits, macros the game forbids, boosting, and anything shaped like XP or currency farming, on HTG servers or anywhere else as an HTG member. Publishers ban accounts and blacklist servers for this, so it endangers everyone.
6. Follow each game's rules. Publishers' terms and codes of conduct apply on top of ours (see publisher rules).
7. Keep others' information private. No sharing anyone's personal details, private messages or recordings of them without their consent. Doxxing is an immediate ban.
8. No spam or advertising. No unsolicited ads, invites or self-promotion, in channels or DMs. Share your own clips and streams in #clips.
9. Use the right channel, and keep voice usable. Stay on topic. No soundboard or mic spam, and no deliberately loud or disruptive audio.
10. Follow Discord's rules. The Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply here.
11. Staff have the final say in the moment. If you disagree with a decision, don't argue it in public channels. Open a ticket in #support, or appeal as described in moderation.
